The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on April 30, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on April 30, 2026 at 2:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on April 30, 2026 at 2:30 PM instead of earlier declared on April 29, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on April 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM instead of earlier declared on April 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The company has informed that Dr. Kazi Aktar Hamid, a Sponsor Director of the Company, has completed his transfer of 500,000 shares of the Company to his son, Mr. Shahil Hamid, a general shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by DSE on 26.04.2026.

The company has informed that Mrs. Rubina Hamid, a Sponsor Director of the Company, has completed her transfer of 200,000 shares of the Company to her son, Mr. Ryan Hamid, another Sponsor Director of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by DSE on 26.04.2026.

Mr. Mohammed Jahangir Alam, a Sponsor Director of the Company, has completed his transfer of 1,40,00,000 shares to his wife Mrs. Masuma Begum (17,50,000 shares), daughter Mrs. Sadman Syka Sefa (40,83,333 shares) and son Mr. Salehin Musfique Sadaf (81,66,667 shares), all are General Shareholders of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system through Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) as per declaration disseminated on 16.04.2026.

Mr. Md. Alamgir Kabir, a Director of the Company, has completed his transfer of 46,00,000 shares to his wife Mrs. Kamrun Nahar (15,00,000 shares), son Mr. Raihanul Kabir (25,00,000 shares), daughter Mrs. Raisa Kabir (3,00,000 shares) and daughter Ms. Nusaibah Kabir (3,00,000 shares), all are General Shareholders of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system through Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) as per declaration disseminated on 16.04.2026.
